the host

David Hammond

David Hammond graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology in 2017, with a BA in Media, Arts and Technology.

After graduating David joined Beat 102103 as the night time presenter there but after after winning gold at the IMRO Radio Awards in 2018, he was promoted to present Beats Big Lunch.

David, currently co-hosts, Spin 1038 national Breakfast Show called Fully Charged: Recharged alongside Emma and Aisling.

About Studio Stories

Studio stories have been brought to you with the expertise of students studying BA (Hons) in Film & Television Production.

On our studio days, they operated cameras and autocue, rigged lights and recorded all the sound, they also gave up a weekend day to help.

This four year honours degree includes a work placement and teaches all the necessary skills and competencies to work within the film and television industries in Ireland and abroad.
